In short
Rivu is a digital product delivered instantly over the internet. Nothing is posted, couriered or physically shipped, there are no delivery charges, and there is no waiting period. Access opens as soon as your payment is confirmed.
This page exists because payment providers and Indian e-commerce disclosure norms expect a delivery policy to be published. For a browser-based tool like Rivu, that policy is short.
02How and when you receive access
Delivery method
Electronic only. Access is granted to the account you purchased with, at app.rivu.in.
Delivery time
Immediately on successful payment — typically within a minute or two, and no later than 24 hours in the rare case of a gateway delay.
Delivery charges
None. The price you see at checkout is the full amount.
Confirmation
A receipt and access confirmation are emailed to the address you purchased with.
To use Rivu, sign in at app.rivu.in with the email address you paid with. Access is tied to that account and does not expire — your purchase includes unlimited re-runs and 12 months of product updates.
03What you receive
- Full access to the Rivu web application — the goal reconciliation engine and Scenario Lab, on a desktop or laptop browser.
- Unlimited re-runs. Recalculate your plan as often as your circumstances change, at no further cost.
- Product updates released during the 12 months following your purchase.
Two things to know before you buy
Rivu is desktop-only. It is not currently optimised for phones or tablets — the reconciliation view needs the screen width to be usable.
Your plan is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. That is a deliberate privacy choice, and it means clearing your browser data or switching computers will lose your saved plan. Export anything you want to keep.
04If access does not arrive
If you have paid but cannot sign in, or no confirmation email has reached you:
- Check the spam or promotions folder of the address you paid with.
- Confirm you are signing in with that same email address — access is tied to it.
- If it has been more than an hour, email support@rivu.in with your Razorpay payment or order ID.
We reply within 2 business days and will restore access manually if anything went wrong at our end. A delivery failure we cannot resolve is grounds for a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
05Availability
Rivu is built for Indian financial planning — rupee amounts, Indian inflation and return assumptions, and Indian goal patterns. It is sold and priced in Indian Rupees (INR).
Access is not geographically restricted, but the calculations assume an Indian context and may be of limited use elsewhere.
